Assignment Brief:
Working with the group that you have been allocated and the product that you were allocated during week 2, undertake the following tasks;
• Allocate tasks and responsibility for chapters of the report to individual members within your group. Keep records of meetings and tasks allocated and achieved in a log.
• Each member of the group is to prepare one chapter of a group-produced report on one of the following aspects of the product that you have been allocated. :
o Target marketing and positioning strategy
o The product design, brand, brand/product portfolio, product life cycle and any product development issues
o The pricing strategy and tactics
o The distribution strategy of the product in the UK market and types of distribution channels utilised
o The marketing communications strategy and tactics that the product owner utilises
o The ethical and socially responsible marketing strategies
